General Assembly for CTE Graduate Students

 



    The College of Teacher Education (CTE) at Western Mindanao State University pulsed with energy on April 15, 2023, as graduate students convened for their annual General Assembly in the College's Social Hall. The event fostered a spirit of collaboration and leadership, attracting a distinguished panel of guests including Dr. Nursia M. Barjose, Vice-President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Ricardo A. Somblingo, Dean of the College of Teacher Education, Dr. Ma. Yvonne Ramos, Coordinating Dean of the Graduate School, and Dr. Arnel M. Madrazo, CTE Graduate Chair. Faculty, Staff, and a vibrant contingent of Graduate Students rounded out the impressive attendance.

The General Assembly served as a launchpad for the future. A key highlight was the nomination of a new set of officers for the CTE Graduate Student Association (GSA). This democratic process empowers students to have a direct voice in shaping their academic experience and advocating for their needs.

Dr. Arnel R. Madrazo, CTE Graduate Chair, used the platform to emphasize the significance of graduate school.
